My 9yo DSH male has had liquid stools for a year. Many vet visits, prescription food, labs, injections,etc.. No resolution! Now my baby boy has lost weight, ulceration on lips from nutrient malabsorption. Enough is enough. I came to Community Veterinary Clinic Troy. The staff so supportive, helpful, kind and professional. The doctor, Jim Prueter, DVM was amazing. Compassionate, thorough, discussed with me possible diagnoses, explained treatment plan to hopefully be able to get a definitive diagnosis. Professional, understanding, listened to me and my concerns, professional and exemplary service. I’m so happy my sister referred me here. At least I’m confident we will get answers. The doctor is off tomorrow but will call when lab results come in. Doctor said we will be talking every couple of days so hopefully some improvement. Dr. Prueter has called every day since our visit to up date me on test results and to check on Cory. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Prueter is #1 in my book! Amazing care and actually improvements in Cory’s symptoms finally!

We had an emergency with our dog (having multiple seizures) and they got us in right away. They went over the treatment plan and options right away. But most importantly they stopped the seizures and we were able to take him home within a few hours. We are so thankful to have found them and will definitely be going back. 10/10
